    Stratetics Experts SDN. BHD. (Company No. 202201037082 (1482779-D)) It is a technology and engineering company incorporated in Malaysia and headquartered in Melaka. We provide services including but not limited to AI-powered predictive maintenance, structural integrity inspection, drone and UAV operations, smart farming and AgriTech solutions, EV charging analytics, solar panel inspection, digital marketing, IoT development, cloud computing, and data analytics.

     

    2. Scope of services

    Our services are offered to business clients (B2B), government entities, and qualified individuals across Malaysia and internationally. Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and service-level expectations are defined in individual Service Agreements, Statements of Work (SOW), or Proposals issued by Stratetics Experts SDN. BHD.

    • These Terms govern the general use of our website and serve as the baseline for all service engagements.
    • In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement prevails.

     

    3. Intellectual property

    All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, datasets, software, platform interfaces (including Node Comp and Inspec-Ther), proprietary methodologies, and AI models developed by Stratetics Experts SDN. BHD., are the exclusive intellectual property of the company or its licensors.

    • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our proprietary content without prior written consent.
    • Client data submitted to our platforms remains the client’s property. We do not claim ownership over client-provided data.
    • Any jointly developed intellectual property will be governed by the terms of the relevant project agreement.

     

    4. Acceptable use

    By using this website or our services, you agree that you will not:

    • Use our platforms or services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Malaysian law or international regulations.
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from our software or AI systems.
    • Upload malicious code, conduct cyberattacks, or compromise the integrity of our systems.
    • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when engaging our services.
    • Reproduce our certifications, accreditations (including SIRIM and IEC TS 62446-3 compliance), or award claims outside of factual reference without written permission.

     

    5. Limitation of liability

    Stratetics Experts SDN. BHD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.

    We make no warranty that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Reports, analytics, and AI-generated outputs are provided in good faith and should not replace professional engineering judgment where safety-critical decisions are involved.

     

    6. Third-party services and links

    Our website and platforms may integrate with or link to third-party services (cloud infrastructure, geospatial data providers, drone hardware APIs, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of third-party services. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms.

     

    7. Governing law and dispute resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes that arise from these Terms or our services will first be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Malaysia with jurisdiction in Melaka, unless otherwise agreed in a signed Service Agreement.

     

    8. Amendments

    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
