Last updated: 19 October 2026. These terms govern your use of the Stratetics Experts website.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of strateticsxp.com (the “Site”), operated by Stratetics Experts Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1482779D, “Stratetics Experts”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site presents Stratetics Experts, a Malaysian deep tech venture studio, and its ventures, and lets you contact us. Information on the Site is for general information. It is not an offer, a quotation or professional, engineering, financial or investment advice, and it may change without notice.

2. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its admin area, servers or data, or to probe, scan or test their security;
  • interfere with or overload the Site, including with automated or bulk requests, or copy content at scale by scraping;
  • send spam, malware, unlawful, misleading or abusive content through the Site or its forms; or
  • pretend to be another person or organisation.

3. Enquiries and communications

  • Information you submit through the inquiry form or by email must be accurate and yours to give. We use it as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or any obligation on either side. Any engagement, pilot, investment or partnership exists only under a separate written agreement signed by us.
  • We may decline, ignore or delete messages that we reasonably consider to be spam, automated, abusive or unlawful. We may also block the sender's email address so that future messages from it are discarded; only a one-way hash of the address is kept for this purpose. If you believe you were blocked by mistake, contact us using the details below and we will review it.

4. Information we collect to improve the Site

To improve the Site, we collect anonymous, aggregated usage information on our own systems: for example, pages and sections viewed, clicks, device type, loading speed and errors. We do not collect your IP address or a cookie or visitor identifier for this, we do not use third-party analytics services, and we do not record what you type into forms. By using the Site you agree to this collection. We do not count visits from browsers that send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Full details are in section 2 of our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, graphics, logos, venture names and software, belongs to Stratetics Experts Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reuse its content or marks for commercial purposes without our written permission. Names and logos of third parties belong to their respective owners.

6. Third-party links and embedded content

The Site may link to, or embed content from, other websites and services (for example social media or venture sites). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that its information is complete, current or suitable for your purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratetics Experts Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may change or withdraw any part of the Site, and may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live.
